MedApps’ new CarePAL™ Remote Professional Resource Tracking System provides easy and accurate tracking of professional resources in the field. CarePAL uses RFID technology to monitor the arrival and departure of skilled and non-medical resources in the patient’s home – or other non-clinical setting.  Entities such as home healthcare agencies can issue a CarePAL RFID Badge or add it to the existing credentials of personnel such as home health workers, caregivers, system installers and other technicians, to provide accurate time and attendance records of personnel deployed to the field.  This information is then automatically supplied to the enterprise clinical backend system.  Optional HealthAIR™ and HealthPAL™ docking stations will be equipped to provide CarePAL functionality.
