MedApps Mobile Wireless Health Monitoring System links patients, families and healthcare providers, using cellular technology to remotely collect, store and report timely, accurate health information anywhere.

The MedApps System can assist in maintaining wellness programs and offers healthcare professionals an effective tool to help manage patient populations with one or more chronic disease. A key component of the MedApps System is HealthPAL™.

HealthPAL is small and lightweight, about the size of a cell phone. HealthPAL automatically collects readings from compatible glucose meters and wirelessly transmits the data into the MedApps System. Readings are accessed through the MedApps web-based care-provider portal – HealthCOM™.

HealthCOM allows clinicians the ability to monitor and manage medical information collected through the MedApps System. Readings can also be stored to an electronic personal health record, such as Microsoft® HealthVault™.

MedApps is partnering and working with major medical device manufacturers, telecom companies, medical software companies, chip and component manufacturers and healthcare organizations to introduce its Telemedicine 2.0 Solution on a national level.
